Refund policy

Returns Exchanges and Warranty:

• Products must be in original packaging and in a new and resellable condition.
• Any product that was used or fully/partially installed is non-returnable.
• Shipping Fees (Both inbound and outbound) are non-refundable.
• Free shipping promotions are limited to ONLY the Continental United States.
• Hawaii, Alaska,  American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico,  U.S. Virgin Islands, and all international shipments are NOT available for free shipping. Additional charges may be required/requested for orders shipped to these locations. 
• A 20% re-stocking fee will apply to returns
• One off orders such as custom wheel orders, custom wing kits, custom suspension specifications, etc. are nonrefundable as they cannot be resold as a "new product".
• The product receipt must be posted on the returned box.
• Orders must be cancelled within the first 48 hours after checkout. After 48 hours the order becomes **non-refundable** (unless otherwise discussed with Sayber Design staff through email contact).
